2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services

Lideroo provides tools to create, publish, and manage websites (including landing pages, blogs, and directories). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are billed through third-party payment processors (currently Stripe).
• Lideroo does not collect, store, or process your payment card details. All transactions are securely handled by Stripe in accordance with their terms and policies.
• By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize our payment processor to charge the applicable fees.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Lideroo for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Publish content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in the Lideroo platform and its technology remain with us.
• You retain ownership of the content you create and publish using Lideroo.
• By publishing content through Lideroo, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and deliver it as necessary to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lideroo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Lideroo if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a harmful way. You may terminate your use of Lideroo at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of Lideroo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
